Winter Skills

Yesterday was the start of our 2017/18 work season. Ed and Nick wanted some winter skills training ahead of a mini expedition they are doing.

There has been lots of snow recently and very cold temperatures. Although it warmed up over the weekend, conditions have survived well and will only improve later this week when it snows again.

We also made it out for a very short ski tour. Great to have the skis on again.

5 days of winter walking This was truly awesome and I am thinking of going back and doing it again next year, all being well. All the guides were really helpful and knowledgeable. Walking in the Cairngorms was truly magical
