Terrific, attentive and caring team with great customer service I'm writing a review in March 2020 in the midst of the covid19. I had booked a course right at the time that the pandemic was getting worse and unfortunately had to cancel my trip with Cairngorms Adventure Guides. The Caringorms team were very helpful and accommodating at this time when so many other tour/transport companies were being difficult about their T&Cs. I can't thank them enough of how understanding they were to my particular situation. The customer service team were thoughtful and attentive and this can only reflect that their guides/teachers and company as a whole share the same ethos. I've since then changed my booking for February 2021 and cannot wait to attend!
